Tokyo Skytree

Late one night I took a walk by myself down towards the Tokyo Skytree. A single long exposure taken with the Nikon D800 and Samyang 14mm 2.8 prime lens.

Tokyo Skytree is a broadcasting, restaurant, and observation tower in Sumida, Tokyo, Japan. It became the tallest structure in Japan in 2010 and reached its full height of 634.0 metres (2,080 ft) in March 2011, making it the tallest tower in the world, displacing the Canton Tower, and the second tallest structure in the world after Burj Khalifa (829.8 m/2,722 ft).

London Tower Bridge bus passing

Just got back from a great London night shoot with my new toy a Nikon D800, but had to stop shooting as my battery ran out. Was supposed to be 5 or 6 of us but I ended up shooting on my own. I only have one FX lens a 50mm prime.. so expect to see lots of 50mm shots during the next few weeks 🙂
