I always shoot in RAW because it gives you so much more to correct photos that have problems or just to go crazy pulling colours and details out. Heres an example of just how much you can pull from a RAW file.
It’s been on my mind for a while to do this type of shot for a while, not sure what you call it but the multiple me thing. I was down in the yard yesterday working on my old project car a Mitsubishi GTO. When I had the idea to try it out. I did quite a few of these type shots at different angles, so if you see me posting lots of photos of myself it’s not because Ive become obsessed with myself… im just practising!
My first go with a 9 exposure HDR, amazing what you can pull out of what was seemingly a bland scene. This was taken on the Mickleham Downs in Surrey as the sun was setting and processed with Color Efex from Nik Software.
Another photo from my Hastings walkabout this time of an old rusty bicycle chained up outside a little house with a red door.
This was a single Raw processed with Photomatix and Nik Color Efex.
